Our workshops are the ideal space for small batch crafters and manufacturers. Each private studio can be designed to support your process, from ideation to crafting and storage. Our workshop spaces are suited to all kinds of start-ups and small businesses, from candle makers and cosmetic manufacturers to painters, jewellers and food brands.

Tradestars offers a range of workshop sizes between 100 and 1000+ sq ft, on short-term and flexible agreements. Each studio can be outfitted with stations for manufacturing, for product storage, or with a combination of the two. Our workshops help Residents take their brand to the next level.

With On-Site Support

Renting a workshop space with Tradestars gives you more than just a private studio. Our teams are there to support you, including a reception to receive post and packages, and a Cowarehouse Manager to ensure you have everything you need day-to-day.

If you need to meet with clients or remote teams, private meeting rooms and phone booths are available within our cowarehouse. If you are distributing products, either to a retail store or via e-commerce sales, you have access to Print and Pack Distribution Stations, goods areas and loading zones.

When you need a break, we have an on-site communal lounge and food offering where you can grab a coffee or some lunch. Plus, Residents have access to a kitchenette to fuel up outside of cafe hours.

Tradestars' cowarehouse's include access to a photography studio and podcast studios. We want to enable businesses to make the most of their brands so we offer in-house photography, to roll out on your websites and social accounts, and a podcast studio, for recordings or interviews.
