As a Resident in our Cowarehouse you will have a private studio and a range of features and services to help your business run smoothly and effectively.
Security and monitoring services are included at all our cowarehouses. Residents can be assured that regular cleaning and waste management is carried out in all communal areas by our teams. Additionally, our Cowarehouse Manager and reception are on-hand during normal working hours to answer queries, welcome visitors and manage deliveries for Residents.
Our Cowarehouse includes a range of features to help with your day-to-day business, from goods areas and private meeting rooms, to photography and podcast studios. Plus, we have unique perks, such as on-site cafe and lounge which will host Resident events.
