Our un/loading zones and goods areas make it easy to transport furnishings, plants and equipment in and out of your space.

Tradestars also offers support for Residents from our in-house teams. Our Cowarehouse Manager runs the reception, which can welcome clients for you, along with managing post and deliveries, and is on-hand to answer any of your queries. The Maintenance and Cleaning teams keep our cowarehouse spaces clean and tidy, and our CCTV ensures everything is secure.

For those seeking affordable content creator spaces for rent, Tradestars offers short-term and flexible agreements. Private studios start from £495 p/m with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Each studio within our cowarehouse is yours to design and turn into a unique and stylish space that excites your clients. We offer a variety of sizes of studios, allowing you to create a variety of Content Creator Studios.

Each content creation space includes access to all the features and benefits offered by Tradestars. Private meeting rooms offer additional workspaces to use when clients are occupying your studio. Photography Studio & Podcast Studios

Tradestars' cowarehouse's include access to a photography studio and podcast studios. We want to enable businesses to make the most of their brands so we offer in-house photography, to roll out on your websites and social accounts, and a podcast studio, for recordings or interviews.

Resident & Client Reception

Our Cowarehouse Manager operates a welcoming reception and is on-hand during normal work hours to answer any queries Residents' have. If you are seeing clients, our team will be there to greet them and guide them to your unit or a private meeting room.

Private Meeting Rooms, Kitchenette & Cafe

Residents of Tradestars have access to private meeting rooms, outfitted with the latest AV equipment, for you to conduct business meetings away from your studio. You can also access private phone booths, showers, a kitchenette, and our onsite cafe and lounge.

Delivery Ready

All our cowarehouse studios are e-commerce delivery ready. Residents can make use of goods in/out areas, delivery and post management, and print and pack stations, to make deliveries as easy and efficient as possible.
