We offer short-term and flexible agreements. Each flexible warehouse space is yours to design, be it purely for storage, for manufacturing or a combination.

We understand that managing a warehouse is a big job. To simplify it for you, we have Cowarehouse Manager, who can assist with any resident concerns, a reception area, to welcome guests, and a cleaning team, who take care of waste removal and communal areas.

All our cowarehouse studios are e-commerce delivery ready. Residents can make use of goods in/out areas, delivery and post management, and print and pack stations, to make deliveries as easy and efficient as possible.

Courier & Client Reception

Our Cowarehouse Manager is on-hand during normal work hours and operates a welcoming reception area. If you are seeing clients or expecting couriers (to collect or deliver parcels), our team will be there to greet them and guide them to your private unit or a meeting room.
